Kenai Christian Church is a growing congregation that is ready to add a full-time Worship Leader to help fulfill our Vision-Mission-Values in the Kenai area.

Applicant Requirements

A Brief Description of Our Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong in Their Christian Faith
  • Bachelor Degree  Preferred / High School Diploma Required
  • Experience in Leading Worship 
  • Experience in Developing and Managing Teams
  • Able to Lead Vocally Preferred
  • Ability to Play Multiple Instruments (Guitar and Piano/Keyboard Preferred)
  • Collaborate to Maintain the Creative Social Media Presence
  • Good record keeping and organizational skills
  • Ability to Work with and Assist Other Ministries
  • Proficient A/V Tools such as ProPresenter, Song Select, Planning Center, CCLI
  • Aligns with  Our Beliefs
  • Ability to Carry Out the Worship Leader Ministry Description
  • Oversee the A/V Needs
  • Two Letters of Recommendation
