Adam Meyers
Minister
Adam currently serves full-time as minister at Kenai Christian Church. He served for two years as a volunteer in various roles starting in 2003 and then joined the KCC staff in October of 2005 as the youth minister. After serving in that role for 12 years, he was asked to step into adult ministry once Robert DeVolld announced his official retirement.
Adam was born in Louisville (pronounced "Lull-vull"), Kentucky but raised mainly in Indianapolis, Indiana. His love for God and ministry eventually lead him to Cincinnati Bible College to pursue ministry and missions. Not long after marrying Karlene, the two moved to Tennessee where he finished a degree in Fine Arts/Theatre at Milligan College. Adam and Karlene are proud parents of their two sons, Jack (future Colts quarterback) & Bowe (future Colts linebacker).

Caleb Beck
Youth Minister
Caleb grew up in the Buckeye city, Columbus, Ohio. After many years of training, he gave up on his dream to become a Jedi Master and went to Kentucky Christian University to get his degree in Bible and Ministry, emphasizing in preaching. In college, he enjoyed cliff jumping, ultimate frisbee, nerf wars, playing soccer, and binge watching NETFLIX shows with friends. In order to graduate and receive his degree, Caleb took a year long internship with Momentum Christian church in Cleveland, Ohio, in 2016, where he drank lots of coffee, played a lot of ukulele, and worked with the youth (teaching them and training them in the ways of the force). After his internship, he spent a year searching for a full-time job while working part-time at his home church in Columbus. It wasn't until March, 2018, when Caleb accepted the youth ministry position at Kenai Christian Church and moved all the way from Ohio, to Alaska. You'll find Caleb either at a coffee shop, out hiking, hammocking, or teaching someone a board game.
Leslie Daniel
Women's Ministry Director
Leslie has many years experience as a working woman. She has been assisting her husband, Dave, in his ministry and profession many years and providing a loving, happy home to their four children, Chantel, Micah, Phillip, and Jacob. Living with four children under one roof has proven to be one of the best continuing educational classes she has ever taken. Maintaining the family vision, and problem solving were in high demand, and put to the test daily.
Leslie has been an active and serving member of Kenai Christian Church over 30 years. In that time she has served in many capacities, be it nursery worker, high school teacher, VBS coordinator, member of the Education Team, or staff member. All of these roles have helped prepared her for her current role as minister to the women.
Born and raised in Alaska, Leslie has spent the last 60 + years enjoying the adventure of living in “The Last Frontier”, and God has used this time to prepare her for the many hats she has worn over the years. Living here has helped equip her for the different mission fields she has found herself in from South Africa, to Mexico, and most recently to Haiti. Her favorite mission however is at home, facilitating Women's Bible studies. Leslie believes that God is using her, in spite of what she is not.
With no children living at home, and precious grandchildren to spoil, she can only laugh at the days to come.

Karlene Meyers
Children's Ministry Director
Karlene was born and raised in Alaska. Her adventure began when she moved to Ohio to attend Cincinnati Bible College. There she received an Associates in Early Childhood Development, a Bachelor's in Bible, and a Bachelor's in Christian Education. She and Adam fell in love while working in the dishroom on work study at CBC. She later found herself in Tennessee receiving her Master's degree in Middle School Science Education. When it was time to return to Alaska, Karlene served faithfully as volunteer in the Children's Ministry area. Now she continues her volunteer efforts as the full-time Children's Ministry Director. Karlene loves Cardio Kickboxing, jiujitsu, and of course her sons Jack and Bowe as well as her husband, Adam.
